A.D. Litigation & Estate Planning, LLC offers a wide array of estate plan drafting services. We offer FREE consultations on all services. A.D. Litigation's comprehensive estate planning questionnaire takes the guesswork out of the process and provides Ms. DuPree with the information she needs to tailor your estate plan directly to your needs. Whether you need a full estate plan or single document drafting, Ms. DuPree can determine the best course of action for all your estate planning needs and can help you with asset protection and tax planning.

A.D. Litigation & Estate Planning, LLC also offers probate administration and business entity-related services. Antonette's first goal in working with her clients' is to ensure that they are prepared for whatever life throws their way with an appropriate estate plan individualized for the client's needs; however, she also understands that not every one's situation calls for implementation of a trust. She can otherwise assist in managing your affairs with a wide variety of service offerings including: full probate administration within one year of the date of death of a loved one (in MO) or 6 months (in KS), drafting of beneficiary deeds and transfer on death designations, petitions for determination of heirship, small estate affidavits, and business entity formation and advisement services.

Antonette has experience litigating employment discrimination, civil rights, personal injury, and probate litigation cases. She brings a thoughtful approach to litigation focusing on quality over quantity. Antonette has drastically scaled down this area of her practice. By being selective about the cases she endeavors to take on, she ensures that she can dedicate the necessary time and resources to each client. Ms DuPree does still consider these cases on an individualized basis. If you are considering reaching out to her about a potential litigation case, it is good to know that she has a network of partnering attorneys for referrals, which is beneficial for individuals who have cases that may not fit her current focus, but still need legal representation.

This ensures that if you back out and decide not to follow through with the signing of your estate plan, a partial payment will be recouped for the time and effort expended on your behalf.
All attorneys are governed by a set of ethical rules determined by the applicable state bar that require that we outline the scope of the representation, the type of fee agreed to by the client (flat, contingency, or hourly bill), and where applicable what the fee will be. Probate administration and estate planning services are offered by flat fee, and probate litigation services are either done on a hourly bill or a contingency fee basis. A.D. Litigation & Estate Planning, LLC requires a fee agreement be signed by the client without fail before work will be commenced on your behalf.
A.D. Litigation & Estate Planning, LLC does not accept walk-in client meetings. See the submission form below and input your information to schedule a free consultation. A.D. Litigation & Estate Planning, LLC is a professional services provider. A great deal of analysis and planning goes into preparing to meet with each client. For this reason, you may be asked to fill out comprehensive forms that require you to gather voluminous amounts of personal information. If you come to your appointment unprepared or fail to fill out the paperwork as instructed, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.
For hourly bill clients, invoicing is done once a month at the end of the month or beginning of the next month. Your invoice will contain a description of the work completed on your behalf during that month, the time spent on each task billed, and the amount of payment applied to your retainer. This is again an ethical requirement, not just for A.D. Litigation & Estate Planning, LLC, but all attorneys who are offering houry bill services.
