Compassionate Protection of Your Most Valued Assets...
Compassionate Protection of Your Most Valued Assets...

Antonette DuPree is a graduate of UMKC School of Law. Throughout her career she has focused her efforts on leveling the playing field for employees, helping victims of personal injury, and helping clients protect their assets through estate plan drafting and probate administration. In her career she has helped found and manage two different law practices, it was during her first business venture with Spark! Legal Solutions, LLLP beginning in 2019, that she learned about the probate process and administration, probate litigation, and estate plan drafting. Ms. DuPree appreciates the delicate nature of this work and strives to put clients at ease with a comprehensive, but compassionate approach to problem solving and asset management and protection strategies. She has authored articles and training materials on individual constitutional rights, diversity and inclusion, and provides excellent educational content to her viewership through social media posts aimed at informing her potential client base.
Antonette DuPree is a proud Wealth Counsel partner

A.D. Litigation & Estate Planning, LLC offers a wide array of estate plan drafting services. We offer FREE consultations on all services. A.D. Litigation's comprehensive estate planning questionnaire takes the guesswork out of the process and provides Ms. DuPree with the information she needs to tailor your estate plan directly to your needs. Whether you need a full estate plan or single document drafting, Ms. DuPree can determine the best course of action for all your estate planning needs and can help you with asset protection and tax planning.

A.D. Litigation & Estate Planning, LLC also offers probate administration and business entity-related services. Antonette's first goal in working with her clients' is to ensure that they are prepared for whatever life throws their way with an appropriate estate plan individualized for the client's needs; however, she also understands that not every one's situation calls for implementation of a trust. She can otherwise assist in managing your affairs with a wide variety of service offerings including: full probate administration within one year of the date of death of a loved one (in MO) or 6 months (in KS), drafting of beneficiary deeds and transfer on death designations, petitions for determination of heirship, small estate affidavits, and business entity formation and advisement services.

Antonette has experience litigating employment discrimination, civil rights, personal injury, and probate litigation cases. She brings a thoughtful approach to litigation focusing on quality over quantity. Antonette has drastically scaled down this area of her practice. By being selective about the cases she endeavors to take on, she ensures that she can dedicate the necessary time and resources to each client. Ms DuPree does still consider these cases on an individualized basis. If you are considering reaching out to her about a potential litigation case, it is good to know that she has a network of partnering attorneys for referrals, which is beneficial for individuals who have cases that may not fit her current focus, but still need legal representation.

A.D. Litigation & Estate Planning, LLC requires a retainer equal to 100% of the total service fee at the time of engagement and execution of the fee agreement. This retainer will be deposited into an IOLTA trust account and will remain there until your estate plan is completed. The retainer secures the firm’s time and services and ensures that, should you choose not to proceed with the execution of your estate plan as originanally agreed, a portion of the fee may be retained to compensate for the time and effort already expended on your behalf. Should you decide not to proceed with the execution of your completed estate plan, 75% of the total cost of the fee will be retained, and the remaining 25% returned to you.
All attorneys are governed by ethical rules established by the applicable state bar, which require that the scope of representation be clearly defined, along with the type of fee arrangement agreed upon by the client (flat fee, contingency fee, or hourly billing) and, where applicable, the specific fee amount. Probate administration and estate planning services are offered on a flat-fee basis, while probate litigation services are billed either hourly or on a contingency-fee basis. A.D. Litigation & Estate Planning, LLC requires that a written fee agreement be executed by the client before any work is commenced on the client’s behalf.
A.D. Litigation & Estate Planning, LLC does not accept walk-in appointments. Prospective clients must complete the submission form below to schedule a free consultation. As a professional services provider, the firm undertakes significant analysis and preparation prior to meeting with each client. Accordingly, you may be required to complete detailed intake forms and gather substantial personal information in advance of your appointment. If the required paperwork is not completed as instructed, or if you arrive unprepared, you may be asked to reschedule your consultation.
For clients billed on an hourly basis, invoicing is issued monthly, either at the end of the billing month or at the beginning of the following month. Each invoice will include a detailed description of the work performed on your behalf during that period, the time spent on each task, and the amount applied to your retainer. These billing practices are required by applicable ethical rules and are not unique to A.D. Litigation & Estate Planning, LLC, but apply to all attorneys who provide services on an hourly billing basis.
